DMCA Copyright Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
Ablepro, Inc. d/b/a BidBuyZoom ("BidBuyZoom") respects the rights of copyright owners and expects everyone who uses BidBuyZoom to do the same. This policy covers bidbuyzoom.com, BidBuyZoom applications, and every auction company's bidder site and catalog hosted on BidBuyZoom (the "Platform"). Auction companies, sellers, and consignors are responsible for the photos, descriptions, and other content they post. This policy explains how copyright owners can ask us to review content they believe infringes their rights. It is part of our Terms of Use (see section 15, "Copyright complaints").
1. Sending a copyright notice
If you believe content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is located on the Platform, such as the auction company, sale, lot number, or web address;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices about content in a particular auction may also be sent to the auction company that posted it, but notices under this policy should be sent to the Copyright Agent above. Notices that do not substantially include the information listed in section 1 may not be acted on.
3. What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and will notify the auction company or user who posted it. We may forward a copy of the notice, including the contact information in it, to that auction company or user.
4. Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Copyright Agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which BidBuyZoom may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
We may forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If that person does not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
5. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of auction companies or users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Misrepresentations
Anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
