7. Auction Company Responsibilities

Auction companies using BidBuyZoom are solely responsible for:

• Lot accuracy
• Bidder communications
• Tax collection
• Legal compliance
• Consignor agreements
• Payment collection
• Applicable licensing requirements

BidBuyZoom provides software tools only and is not the auctioneer, seller, consignor, buyer, or agent in transactions between users.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded into the Services.

By uploading content you grant BidBuyZoom a limited license to process, host, display, and distribute that content solely to provide Services.

9. Availability

We strive for reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

10. Intellectual Property

Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid to BidBuyZoom by the customer during the previous six months.

13. Termination

Users may terminate subscriptions according to applicable plan terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Venue for legal proceedings shall be located in Rankin County, Mississippi.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to our website.
