Quick Start

Download and install BBZ Image Tool (free, Windows).
Photograph each lot: first a slate (a card showing the lot number), then the item photos, in order.
Rename each slate photo to include its lot number, for example IMG_1234-200.jpg for lot 200.
In BBZ Image Tool, pick your photo folder and run rename from slates (add resize for web-ready photos). Your photos become 200_1.jpg, 200_2.jpg and so on.
In BidBuyZoom, open the sale's catalog, go to Import Photos and upload the folder. Photos attach to the lots with the same lot number.

Full instructions are in the program's Help. Already have numbered photos? Go straight to step 5.

Optional: AI Background Removal

AI background removal is a separate online service from bbzimagetool.com, with 10 free images to try and low per-image pricing after that. It is optional; every other feature of the program is free.
