Staff

Add the people who help run your sales. Invite a staff member by email; they receive a link to set their own password and sign in to your company admin.

For each staff member, choose what they may work on, such as sales, bidders, consignors, company reports, company settings, staff and legal pages. If you change a staff member's permissions, they are asked to sign in again so the change takes effect right away.

Full access (admin): for a partner or manager, turn on Full access. An admin can do everything the owner can, including the company profile, default settings, company settings, email settings, white label, billing and the BidBuyZoom plan. Admins can also add staff and set their permissions. Only the owner can make someone an admin, remove an admin, or change an admin's record.

Staff who are not admins can't open the company profile, default settings, email settings, white-label settings or the BidBuyZoom plan.
