Settlement

Settlement shows what each consignor is owed for the sale, worked out from their lots:

• Sold: the top bid on each of the consignor's lots. A lot whose reserve was not met counts as $0.
• Less commission: the consignor's own rate if ticked, otherwise the sale or company rate.
• Less pickup fee and other fees if ticked on the consignor.
• Less the buyback surcharge, unless the consignor is marked "No buyback surcharge".
• Less any charges you add to the settlement.

Record payments to one consignor, or use Pay Consignors to mark several paid at once. Each consignor's statement can be printed or exported.
