Company Settings

Company-wide settings live under the Company menu: Profile, Default Settings, Staff, Payment Setting, Billing & Subscription, SMS & Security, Legal Pages and Email Settings. Settings for a single sale are on that sale's Settings page.

If something behaves differently than you expect, check both the company defaults and the sale's own settings.
