Email Settings

Company → Email Settings controls how emails to your bidders look: your email signature, the reply-to address (where bidder replies go) and your logo.

The wording of system emails (such as outbid notices, invoices and password emails) is managed by BidBuyZoom so it stays correct. Emails go out with your company name. Test by placing a bid on a test sale or sending yourself an invoice.

The one email you can reword is the Online bidding invite (sent from Bidders → Invite to Online Bidding). Change its subject and its opening and closing paragraphs, and preview the first invite and the reminder before saving. The login email line, the Create Password button and the reminder's "stop reminders" line always stay. Use the default wording puts it back.
