Photo Tools (free)

Photo Tools in the sidebar is where you download BBZ Image Tool, free photo software for Windows that is included with BidBuyZoom at no cost.

  • Rename and number photos by lot from slate photos (200_1.jpg, 200_2.jpg …).
  • Resize, crop and convert photos in batches, and print folder lists.
  • Browse and make quick edits with the built-in image manager and editor.

Quick start

  1. Download and install BBZ Image Tool from Photo Tools (free, Windows 10 or 11).
  2. Photograph each lot: a slate showing the lot number first, then the item photos in order.
  3. Rename each slate photo to include its lot number, for example IMG_1234-200.jpg.
  4. In BBZ Image Tool, run rename from slates (add resize for web-ready photos).
  5. In the sale's catalog, use Import Photos to upload the folder. Photos attach to lots with the same lot number.
