An auction company may limit or block participation under its auction terms, for example when it needs to resolve an account, payment, identity, or prior transaction issue.

If you cannot bid, check for an account notice and contact the auction company. Provide the information requested through a secure channel, and ask what steps are available to resolve the issue. Do not create another account to bypass a restriction.
