Preview in Person

If an auction offers an in-person preview, the sale page should list the location, dates, hours, and whether an appointment is required. Check those details before traveling.

Use the preview to inspect the features that matter to you: condition, dimensions, markings, included parts, or whether an item can be safely moved. Ask the auction company before testing or handling an item. If you cannot attend, request clarification or additional photographs before bidding; a request may take time and may not be possible for every lot.
