Removal of Bids

A bid may be removed or a lot withdrawn in circumstances allowed by the auction terms, such as a listing error, a problem with the lot, or an account restriction. The auction company determines how to handle these situations.

If you believe you made a bid in error, contact the auction company immediately with the lot number and bid amount. You should continue to treat the bid as active unless the auction company confirms a change. Check the lot and your account for its current status.
