Pickup

Before bidding, check whether a lot is pickup only, where it is located, and the permitted pickup dates and hours. Make sure you can remove and transport it within the time allowed.

After paying, follow the auction company's instructions. Bring your invoice or other requested identification. Ask ahead if another person will collect the item for you, and confirm whether you need help, packing materials, tools, or a vehicle. Inspect the item and count its parts before leaving when practical.

Missed pickup deadlines can lead to fees, loss of the item, or other consequences under the sale terms. Contact the auction company before the deadline if you have a problem arranging collection.
