Condition Reports

Some lots have a condition report or allow you to request one. A report can provide additional observations, but it may not identify every defect or replace your own inspection.

Ask about the details important to you, such as damage, repairs, missing parts, or whether an item operates. Send questions before the sale closes so the auction company has time to respond. Keep the response with your records, and read any limits or qualifications included in the report.
